The Lotus Emira, launched in July 2021, replaces the iconic Evora, Exige, and Elise models, marking a new chapter for the brand. The Emira is available in two engine variants: a 3.5-liter supercharged V6 producing 400 horsepower, sourced from Toyota, and a future 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine from Mercedes-AMG, offering 360 horsepower. The V6 model comes with a choice of a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission, while the i4 will feature an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission.

With pricing starting at £59,995 in the UK and $74,900 in the US, the Emira offers a modern, performance-focused Lotus at a more accessible price point. Despite supply chain challenges, the Emira began deliveries in late 2022, with the i4 variant expected to launch later in 2023.
